"A Capitol recording, issued exclusively in Australia by World Record Club." Mono and stereo versions have an identical flipback sleeve and the same number on the back (S/T 4346) - the mono version has "T-4346" on labels, while the stereo has "S-4346". The stereo version has a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age). Offered again (mono and stereo) as a free 'ambassador' LP for members, in return for roping in a new member to the club, in August and December, by which time flipbacks had been superseded. Unknown if these later pressings were in fact issued in nonflipbacks...
