Refund and Returns Policy:

We have a no hassle money back guarantee policy for customer satisfaction for 60 days from the date of purchase from our Eclectico online store.

The returned item must be received in original condition with tags attached.

Please note that returns shippings cost are to be paid by the customer, and that refunds are on goods and not shipping costs.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase, including using the same credit card that was charged.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund. If an item purchased with a gift card has been returned, the item will be refunded back onto the gift card.

We do not offer returns for change of mind.

We offer direct exchanges for local customers. If you are not able to return the item personally to the store and you would like an item in another size, please reorder the item and return the unwanted item using the Eclectico Returns Form.

If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with pictures of the fault so we can resolve this issue. Please email support@eclectico.com.au or SMS 0411 209 912 with details.
