"A W.R.C. Recording released in Australia exclusively through World Record Club." Issued as a 'dividend' release, offered at a low price ($1.80 vs the regular $3.75) for club members who had bought one LP or more in the previous 12 months - the "D" is no doubt a code for "Dividend". Only known edition. Mono and stereo versions have same number on back of flipback sleeve (S/D895) - the mono version has "D-889" on beige 'strobe' labels, while the stereo has "SD-889" on green 'strobe' labels. The stereo version has a printed "stereo" rosette on the back, and the mono has a red sticker with "mono" placed over this (though these tend to drop off with age).
