The Classic Records reissue duplicates the original album cover and record label of RCA LSC-2489, originally released in 1961. Disc is packaged in a poly-lined paper inner sleeve. Bottom of back cover reads "Manufactured Under License From Polygram Special Markets, A Division of Polygram Group Distribution, Inc. Artwork And Trademark Licensed From BMG Music."
