CS 6167 not issued

If you look more closely at the entry for the 1954 Geneva recordins you will see "nr" before the number CS6167. This means that CS6167 was not released. The first US stereo issue was in the Stereo Treasury Series STS15066 in 1968. British stereo issues were even later, in the 1970s.
